Wool and felt hats are my absolute favourite this season, and my collection is slowly growing. This black ranger hat was my first purchase last year, and quickly grew to be a favourite during the cooler weather.
A floppy hat is like an instant chic button. Your outfit is almost always immediately elevated, by a simple accessory. They also add a bit of a bohemian feel to and otherwise plain outfit. A sweater and mini skirt was always a favourite uniform of mine during my classes, but to be honest, it can be a bit lackluster without any statement pieces. Here, I added a menswear inspired wool coat from Zara, my Celine for a pop of colour, and obviously, my favourite hat. Scrunching up the sleeves helps to break up the long lines of the jacket and lets my jewelry show through.

Skirt: H&M (similar here)
Coat: Zara (similar here)
Boots: Sam Edelman
Purse: Celine (love the Zac Posen trapeze as a cheaper alternative)
I love your coat
